                     ANNOUNCEMENT

        Global Turbine Component Technologies

We are pleased to announce that Northstar Turbine has begun to work with Global

Turbine Component Technologies.  Global Turbine Component Technologies is

certified by the FAA and JAA and fully licensed as a Honeywell Component 

Repair Facility for the T53, T55, TF40, and ALF 502/507 engines.  Global is

also licensed by Rolls-Royce to repair the T56 engine.  Global has developed a

number of proprietary repairs for both of those OEMs and has developed 

numerous DERs.

Global Turbine Component Technologies now overhauls PT6 components and

is looking to further expand its capabilities within the PT6 engine line.  Global's

capabilities include: combustion chamber liners, small exit ducts, large exit ducts,

compressor turbine shroud housings, power turbine stator housings and exhaust
