NEW CT Vane Rings last nearly twice as long as overhauled CT Vane Rings.

NEW CT Vanes last nearly twice as long as overhauled CT Vanes.

Overhauled CT Blades require another overhaul inspection after only 3000 flight hours, however NEW CT Blades won’t require overhaul inspection until they have accumulated 5000 flight hours.

Sometimes overhauled parts can be compromised by PREVIOUS, UNRECOGNIZED, ABUSIVE operation.

 Turbo Products recognizes that the installation of NEW PT6A hot section parts provide a significant long-range benefit to the PT6A engine owner / operator. Based on the above facts, Turbo Products has established an exchange program for repairable Turbo Products FAA PMA CT Blades, CT Vane Rings and CT Vanes. Turbo Products believes this “EXCHANGE REPAIRABLE FOR NEW” program will provide a much more favorable price than overhaul, when the cost per future flight hour is considered.

 Turbo Products will provide a $650.00 discount towards the purchase of a NEW FAA PMA P/N T032651 CT Vane Ring (class of your choice), in exchange for a repairable FAA PMA P/N T032651 CT Vane Ring.

Turbo Products will provide a $50.00 discount towards the purchase of a NEW FAA PMA P/N T019551 CT Vane (average class 12.0), in exchange for a repairable FAA PMA P/N T019551 CT Vane. (This discount equates to a $1450.00 discount for a set of 29 P/N T019551 CT vanes.)

Turbo Products will provide an $22.00 discount towards the purchase of a NEW FAA PMA P/N T023401, T102401-01, T102401-100, or T102401-792 CT Blade (P/N of your choice), in exchange for a repairable FAA PMA P/N T023401, T102401-01, T102401-100, or T102401-792 CT Blade. (This discount equates to a $1044.00 discount for a set of 58 P/N T023401, T102401-01, T102401-100, or T102401-792 CT Blades.)

This “EXCHANGE REPAIRABLE FOR NEW” program will be administered through all of the Turbo Products Distributors and Service Centers. Please contact the Distributors and Service Centers to exchange your repairable parts for new.
