Dear Mr. Hawkins

This letter has been written to follow up on our recent telephone conversation.

In the past, Stolper-Fabralloy has been involved in the manufacture of FAA PMA parts.  When Stolper-Fabralloy was purchased by the Triumph Group several years ago, the majority of this work was transferred to our sister Triumph company Advanced Materials Technologies, Inc. in Tempe, Arizona.

The focus of Stolper-Fabralloy was redirected to become the premier supplier of gas turbine sheet metal components and assemblies for the Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM).  In order to avoid any future potential conflicts of interest with the OEM's, Stolper-Fabralloy is discontinuing our relationship with Northstar Turbine, effective immediately.

Stolper-Fabralloy appreciates our past business relationship.  We wish Northstar Turbine and its network of distributors and service centers well in the future.

Thank you again for your past support.

Sincerely,

Larry W. Haas
