Subject: Global Turbine Component Technologies, NEW FAA PMA Large Exit Ducts P/N PTC3031167, and Overhaul of P&WC Large Exit Ducts P/N 3031167 (S031167).

Gentlemen:

Global Turbine Component Technologies’ subsidiary, Power Turbine Components, has obtained FAA PMA on P/N PTC3031167 Large Exit Duct which is a replacement for P&WC P/N 3031167 Large Exit Duct. This FAA PMA Large Exit Duct is available for $3,700.00, parts are in stock for immediate delivery and these FAA PMA parts are eligible for installation on PT6A-11, 11AG, 15AG, 21, 25, 25A, 27, 28, and 110 engines. When a NEW FAA PMA P/N PTC3031167 Large Exit Duct is purchased and a REPAIRABLE P&WC P/N 3031167, 3031172, 3109263-01 or 3109266-01 is exchanged, there is a discount from the $3,700.00 price. The amount of the discount depends on the condition of the exchange part.

Global Turbine Component Technologies has obtained FAA approval to overhaul P&WC P/N 3031167 Large Exit Ducts and (Stolper) P/N S031167 Large Exit Ducts. Global’s standard overhaul is to replace the Upper Shell and the Lower Shell (i.e. everything except the mounting flange) and to apply silicon aluminide coating (i.e. either Sermaloy J or All Seal). The price for this standard repair is $3,995.00 and the turn time is approximately twenty one (21) working days. Other repairs on this part number are available and priced accordingly.

Post Service Bulletin 1434 – NEW P/N PTC3031167 and standard overhaul P/N 3031167 or P/N S031167 can be converted to the Post Service Bulletin 1434 configuration (e.g. P/N 3109263-01) for no additional fee, IF the Post Service Bulletin 1434 configuration is requested at the time the order is placed.
